In a unique and magical setting, among the countryside over Pergine Valdarno and a stone’s throw from the Valdichiana and Chianti, you will taste the best dishes of the Tuscan tradition, all always revisited, in search of constant inspiration. An elegant environment, furnished in country chic style, exposed brick walls, lots of wood - for a final warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The menus are designed to meet the needs of all guests, as they include both vegetarian and meat dishes, typical Tuscan dishes and great classics of Italian cuisine. The Tasting menu usually consists of appetizers, first course and main course with side dish. Of course, you can also order à la carte anytime.

Our guiding philosophy is to choose the best raw materials and to respect the seasons. Our menu is a delicious celebration of the best Tuscany has to offer. We are proud to use products from our own Farm: egg pasta and freshly prepared bread, extra virgin olive oil, our own wines, vegetables and fruit from our garden, Chianina steaks. The Montelucci hunting reserves supply us with deer, pheasant and boar - game is one of our specialties. We take care to use local products like the Zolfino Bean from Pratomagno, Salamis made with Cinta Senese pork and, of course, Chianina steaks from Valdarno.
