Our cooking lessons are held in the fifteenth century kitchen of the Villa Centrale, with its open stone hearth and original wood fired oven for baking bread, pizza and cakes. Our chefs are waiting to teach you about the Tuscan way of preparing food, a tradition that has been passed down for generations. Our lessons are more than demonstrations - expect to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our chefs!

BECAUSE FOOD SHOULD BE SHARED
Courses are held from April to September
In the first part of the course, our Chef will explain the menu you are going to prepare and tell you about the history of each dish. After selecting the ingredients it is time to get to work! We use genuine products from our Farm and vegetables from our garden as well as Salamis of Cinta Senese pork, Chianina beef, our own olive oil and Chianti wine.
At the end of each lesson we eat together in the Villa Centrale at a beechwood table which can seat up to 30 people. It is also possible to use our panoramic terrace, the gardens of the Villa Storica and the rooms of the Contessa Gherardesca House. Good food should be shared!
Cooking lessons can be held in Italian or in English and courses can be organised for 1,2,3 or 4 days, depending on how much you want to learn. When you complete your course, you will be awarded a certificate and you will be ready to wow your friends with your culinary expertise!
